By creating a conservatory pass or launching any interactive specimen on this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this 19+ age requirement and that your date of birth submitted during registration is accurate. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately.
2. Nature of the Complimentary Service
SinBin Lounge is a non-commercial, complimentary digital specimen conservatory provided solely for recreational entertainment and mechanical observation. The platform does not accept financial deposits, does not process payments, does not offer paid subscriptions or top-ups, and never awards monetary prizes or tangible goods.
3. Play Credits & Virtual Grants
Upon registration, verified 19+ users receive a complimentary starting allocation of 50,000 Fictional Play Credits. Play Credits are symbolic digital counters used exclusively to demonstrate the mathematical pacing of our interactive specimens.
- Play Credits carry zero real-world monetary value under any circumstance;
- Play Credits cannot be purchased, sold, bartered, assigned, or transferred between users;
- Play Credits do not constitute personal property, stored value, or a redeemable credit instrument.
4. User Accounts, Security & Self-Exclusion
You may maintain one personal conservatory account identified by your unique Email Address and Screen Name. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. If you activate an Account Break (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months) via our Player Care tools, you acknowledge that our server will enforce a binding sign-in and password-reset lock until the chosen expiration timestamp elapses.
5. Acceptable Use
Visitors agree not to probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the SinBin Lounge infrastructure, falsify age-verification data, or attempt to sell or trade user accounts. Automated form submissions and bots are prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All conservatory text, xylarium taxonomy, custom illustrations, interface layouts, and code on sinbinlounge.com are the proprietary works of SinBin Botanical & Timber Guild Ltd. or its respective third-party interactive specimen licensors. No portion of the archive may be reproduced commercially without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
SinBin Lounge is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" complimentary basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
