Player Care & Self-Exclusion Tools

1. Keep It Recreational

SinBin Lounge is an adult-only (19+) recreational platform in British Columbia where every interactive specimen operates strictly on complimentary Fictional Play Credits. No money can ever be deposited, wagered, won, or withdrawn. Our purpose is quiet mechanical appreciation and unhurried visual leisure.

2. Configurable Session Reminders

Every signed-in member has an active Conservatory Interval Bell that defaults to 30 minutes. While you explore the xylarium or inspect a specimen plate, a gentle modal check-in appears at your chosen cadence (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes) so you can decide whether to continue or step away. You can adjust this interval anytime in your Curator Profile.

3. A Break That Stays in Place

When you activate an Account Break below, our server records an immutable UTC timestamp (break_until) on your account, logs the pause in your Credit Ledger, and immediately terminates your active session. Any attempt to sign in or reset your password before the timestamp expires is automatically refused.

4. Mindful Leisure Habits

• Treat interactive specimen exploration as a brief, scheduled hobby alongside outdoor and social activities.
• Use our 15-minute or 30-minute Session Interval Bell to maintain natural awareness of elapsed time.
• Remember that Play Credits are arbitrary archival counters — their fluctuation has zero bearing on real-world value.
• Activate a 24-hour or multi-week Account Break whenever your routine feels crowded.

5. Player Care Assistance Desk

If you would like our Vancouver concierge team to apply a permanent account closure or extend a cooling-off period on your behalf, write to care@sinbinlounge.com or submit a ticket through our Support & Concierge Desk.
